Darwin Tree Services are qualified arborists providing tree surgery and arboricultural services in the London boroughs of Bromley, Greenwich, Bexley, Lewisham, Croydon, Sutton, Merton, Lambeth and Southwark, and areas of Kent and Surrey to the south of London.

We aim to provide high quality tree services and responsible tree management alongside a sympathetic understanding of the nature of trees within the urban environment and their particular context.

We are fully qualified (City and Guilds Cert No 00451672), have full public liability insurance and can provide references on request.

Our services include tree surgery, tree removal, chipping and unimog hire, stump grinding and removal, tree planting and nursery stock, tree surveys and reports, firewood and logs delivery (subject to stock), woodchip and mulch delivery (subject to stock), hedge cutting, garden maintenance and air-spade work.

We strive to carry out all our work in a safe, efficient and friendly manner and we will always clear up properly after a job.

A large proportion of our waste goes for woodchip, composting and biomass for use as fuel at power stations.

Our Unimog 1250, which is available for hire, is excellent for chipping and site clearance, whether in the urban environment or in off-road locations with difficult access.

With its high torque engine giving excellent traction to all four wheels, and its portal axle design giving extremely high ground clearance, our Unimog is at home in forests, woods, fields, flood meadows and hillsides.

With its front mounted 7 inch PTO chipper which can process material at 4 inches per second and a 9 cubic meter chip box capacity, it can clear large amounts of brush, small trees and scrub in no time at all.
