We are a Bristol city based family run business trading under the present owners since 1979. We offer a caring environment with friendly staff, a real home from home for your pet.

We cater for both cats and dogs and are open 365 days of the year. All animals have their own spacious heated pen with large run attached. There is also a play area for the dogs.

We have also have walking facility for dogs, for a small charge, in a secure field at the side where a member of our staff will walk and play with the dog. We have a bathing facility too so your dog can home clean and smelling sweet.

We have special individual chart system to monitor your pet's health and eating. We have a variety of pet foods but are always happy to for to to bring your own food for individual feeding requirements.

We have a veterinary insurance scheme and a local vet on call in case of illness whilst your pet is with us. Our aim is make your pet's stay with us a happy and comfortable experience.
