London Osteopathy and Pilates

City of London, Greater London
David's approach to his work is essentially a fusion between osteopathy and pilates combined with his excellent manual therapy skills.

David sees pilates as a user-friendly medium to reduce recurrence of injury.

It allows him to apply his osteopathic principles to improve movement efficiency and facilitate a controlled return to functional activities.

He is a Registered Osteopath with the General osteopathic Council, a Sports Therapist and a clinical Pilates instructor.

He specialises in sports injuries, for both the amateur and the professional, having treated many athletes and dancers at international level and working with other professionals towards sports injury rehabilitation.

Testimonials

I have been using David for almost 2 years after hurting my back at work. He has not only relieved the pain but given me more flexibility and strength through his use of Pilates as part of the treatment. He has great knowledge and treats the underlying cause of the problem as well as the symptoms - I highly recommend him and the studio at Canary Wharf.
Donald Lucey.
