Laura Elizabeth Dance is a friendly and fun dance school with classes in Norris Green and Litherland, Liverpool perfect for beginners to intermediate dance students.

Litherland classes are held in The Hilltop Social Club, Hatton Hill Road, Litherland, L21 9JJ.

Although only established in October 2009 there is over nine years teaching experience here at Laura Elizabeth's, and a lifetimes experience in the performing arts world.

The school motto is "Providing a safe and fun environment to encourage children's love of performance" and with regular shows there's always an opportunity for the children to showcase their talent!

There are classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Cheerleading, Musical Theatre and Street Dance from ages 3 upwards.

The ballet, tap and modern classes are an excellent mix of ISTD syllabus and non-syllabus work whilst cheerleading classes include gymnastic work as well as dance.

Musical Theatre combines dance, drama and singing with the emphasis on the drama and singing.

So as you can see there is something here for every budding star.

The Principal, Miss Laura, studied dance in Liverpool at Merseyside Dance and Drama, graduating in 2006 with Distinction, after being named Headgirl in her final year.

After pursuing a dance career for two years in which she worked for companies such as P&O and Haven Holidays, she finally decided to settle in Liverpool to become a full time teacher.

Miss Laura is ISTD, IDTA and NCSSE qualified, CRB checked and First Aid Certified as are all guest teachers.

Guest teacher's at the school have appeared on TV shows such as Got To Dance and X-Factor and have worked for companies such as Carnival Cruises, P&O and Disney.

Guest teachers are arranged to give variety to the classes and also to advise the students on a career in the performing arts world.

Students take part in regular shows as well as exams, competitions, displays and festivals.
