Established in 2008, The Fovant Cattery was created to provide high quality care for cats in the Salisbury, Shaftesbury and Warminster areas. This was soon recognised by the Feline Advisory Bureau who listed the cattery as one of less than 200 in the UK meeting their standards of care. All staff at the Fovant Cattery are qualified, and the cattery is staffed to ensure that guests get ample grooming and care from FAB trained personnel. It is staffed by Polly, a full time, qualified manager. The cattery provides the same food that cats have at home, warm bedding, toys, scratch posts and a warm heated sleeping area combined with a porcelain tiled open area looking over the orchard. Nervous and infirm cats are especially welcome and the staff pride themselves on their ability to assist the most reticent character to enjoy their time at the Fovant Cattery.
