Cleeve Cats Boarding Cattery

Melksham, Wiltshire
Cleeve Cats is a boarding cattery situated in rural surroundings in Seend Cleeve, serving an area of West Wiltshire between the towns of Melksham, Devizes, Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon. We are about sixteen miles from Bath and a similar distance from Frome, Warminster Corsham, Chippenham and Calne. This family-run cattery provides comfortable and secure accommodation for your pet in a small purpose-built unit, ensuring that each boarder receives individual attention.

It is our aim to provide you and your pet with the best possible service in terms of comfort and security. When you are away, it is very important that you do not need to worry about the safety of your pet. We have designed and built our Cattery with these objectives in mind and we believe we can provide our guests with the highest standards of accommodation and care.

If you just bring your cat, we will provide everything that is required at no extra charge. If however you wish to bring beds or bedding, or if you wish to bring a scratching post or toys, we are happy to use your pet's familiar items. In fact we would recommend you bring your cat's bed if it has a favourite sleeping place as this helps them to settle down more quickly. It is of course essential that you bring an up-to-date vaccination certificate with each cat. The certificate must remain in the cattery for the duration of the boarding.

Each unit in the cattery has an insulated, individually-heated chalet. We have three different sizes of chalet and exercise areas, so that we can accommodate families of up to four cats in a single unit. All accommodation is completely secure inside our cattery building and there is a safety corridor, fully protected by keypad-controlled doors, to provide extra protection. The building is equipped with a high capacity air extraction system to ensure a plentiful supply of fresh air at all times, whilst ensuring total protection from the elements.

Our aim is to make your pet(s) as comfortable as possible during their stay and to reassure you - the owner - that, as cat owners ourselves, we fully understand the importance of knowing that they are safe, secure and in friendly surroundings.
