I have attended training courses and are on the velux windows data base.
I carry out general repairs to domestic and commercial premises.
The products used are mainly glassfibre flat roof systems and felt roofing.
I have carried out work all over Scotland and continue to do so in the summer months.
I have fitted hundreds if not thousands of flat roofs and made the decision two years ago to find a roofing system that was safer for us and the customer.
Everybody knows the dangers of felt roofs with hot bitumen ect and with grp roofs.
These need good weather which we don't get very often in Scotland therefore we looked at what was available in the market place and after lengthy discussions with a company called flex-r in Highwycombe we were trained to fit the RUBBERBOND EPDM flat roofing system.
We are now approved contractors for this system which comes with a twenty year guarantee but has a minimum life span of forty years.
We will quote for flat roofs anywhere in Scotland during the summer months, but between November and March we mainly work within a forty mile radius of Moray.
However for saying that we would look at each job on its own merit.
We have became extremely competent in the installation of rubber flat roofs and the job we leave behind would be comparable with any roofing company in Scotland.
When I receive an enquiry I will contact the customer immediately.
I will email photos of completed roofs then arrange a free survey and quotation with no obligation to the customer.
If accepted for the job we will give the customer a date for carrying out the work and keep to it to the best of our ability.
All debris will be removed from the customers premises with the premisis being kept tidy at all times.
The guarantees are issued on full payment of the job with receipts. given for payment.

Jimmy is very personable and he knows his job both technically and is very professional. The work was completed before his scheduled time and you would never have known that there were workiman about as they were so tidy.
