Dunscore Pre-school Centre

It occupies the original school building.
Within the building we have two large, bright playrooms, a small functional kitchen and a toilet/cloakroom area for the children.
There is a small enclosed playground to the front of the building.
Our aim is to provide a happy caring atmosphere for your child to develop as a well-rounded person, with the knowledge and skills to equip them for their place in today's society.
We will work with you towards this aim.
Dunscore Pre-school Centre is a charity and is owned by the community and run by a committee made up of parents and past parents.
We encourage everyone to become involved in the life of the centre.
It is an integral part of the local community and organises trips and outings as well as visits from local to enhance the daily experience of the children.
- Funding from Dumfries and Galloway council is available after child's 3rd birthday
Snack fees are £2 per week
There is an annual registration fee of £10

Ryan loves coming to Dunscore. Irene and the staff have made us very welcome and Ryan has come on leaps and bounds. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Irene and all the other play leaders for their hard work that they put into each session. Bringing home a happy boy makes my life a lot easier.
