Greenfinch Insurance Solutions Ltd is based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

Managing Director Hana Fincher has worked in the insurance industry since leaving college in 2000.

She has worked both for insurance companies and in broking, and before starting Greenfinch was a director of another insurance broking firm.

In all of her roles, Hana's work has centred on meeting the needs of small to medium sized businesses, typically employing from 2 to 50 staff.

It was therefore a logical progression to turn that expertise into her own business venture.

Hana is a committed insurance industry professional and is currently the President of the Insurance Institute of Southampton.

She has the distinction of being the youngest person to have been elected by her peers to the role of President.
