We're a serious strength and fitness training gym (of 9,000 square feet). We offer an extensive range of strength training equipment. We're based 5 minutes from Hampton Court, in West Molesey.
The ground floor houses a range of hammer strength Isolever stations, suited to training specific muscle groups - including the chest, back, shoulders, and arms. There are also Olympic flat, incline and decline sets, a Deadlift and Squat rack and a number of other complimentary pieces.

We also have a counter balanced Smith machine, a Cable Cross-over and a Bent-over row. There is also a separate leg-training area, including leg press, hack squat, 3 leg extensions, 2 leg curl and 3 calf raise machines.

Our free weights area includes dumb bells up to 60 kgs and 6 flat and adjustable benches. A rack of fixed bar bells between 15 and 45 kgs completes this section.

The first floor houses our Cardio Suite populated with Life Fitness treadmills and Cross-trainers, Cybex bikes, Steppers and Concept rowers.

A separate area is set aside for toning and shaping, using light weights and a multi-station. Stretch mats, abdominal benches and medicine balls are all available.

Two separate rooms upstairs provide both a therapy space, with electric couch and sink and a high powered sun bed. These spaces may lend themselves to be used as doping areas or for individual sports therapists to be brought on site.

Men's toilets, changing rooms and showers, as well as a disabled toilet are to be found downstairs. Women's equivalent facilities are upstairs. Secure lockers for valuables are to be found in our reception area and storage for personal belongings are available in each changing room.

Our reception area will shortly provide a sports cafe and relaxation area. We currently sell a comprehensive range of food supplements, healthy snacks and clothing, boots and kit for those involved in training for fitness and strength.

If we said we're serious about what we do, it doesn't mean that you can't come to play, train and sweat in our spacious gym. No jacuzzis, but a friendly and easy atmosphere - despite our range of serious hammer strength equipment.

We attract and welcome all sorts of people - from our serious competitors, including current world and national champions, to our locals who are happy just keeping themselves fit, healthy and toned.
Those who're new to the game especially benefit from our free advice on nutritional and training programmes and our free on-site personal trainers. Everyone benefits from the fact that our full range of kit is on site, all year round, from 6am - 10pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm every weekend - apart from bank holidays of course.
