Feckland Boarding Cattery

Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Feckland Boarding Cattery is owned and run by Angela who took over the business in July 2005. It is a fully licensed, small, friendly, family run business where you can bring your cats whilst you're on holiday, moving house or having an unexpected stay in hospital. You will be able to leave your cats in very capable hands allowing you to relax, knowing that they will be safe and warm in a clean and happy atmosphere.

ACCOMMODATION
Feckland Cattery offers spacious, airy and comfortable accomodation, consisting of 14 pens which all open out onto a safety corridor to ensure that your cat can't escape should it get out of the pen whilst we are entering. Each one has a fully insulated and individually heated cabin and is large enough to accommodate up to 3 cats (from the same household), a large floor area and a tree for your cat to scratch and climb.

Sneeze barriers are fitted between each pen to eliminate the transfer of any illness.

All bedding, feed bowls, litter trays and toys are supplied but Angela is more than happy for you to bring your own beds and blankets etc to make your cat feel more at home during its stay.

FEEDING
Your cats will be fed as you would feed them at home, on which ever brand of food you require. We stock most major brands of tins and biscuits including Felix, Whiskas, Hills and Iams, just to name a few.

We feed twice a day - morning and evening - and a supply of fresh water and dried biscuits are available at all times.

Extra feeds for kittens and older cats can be given as required.

Medicated diets will be given as directed, if supplied.

VACCINATIONS
All cats need to be fully vaccinated against feline enteritis and cat flu and sight of the vaccination certificate will be needed when you arrive.

In the unlikely event of illness whilst you are away, your cat will be taken to the veterinary surgery of your choice as they will have all the information on your cats health. If possible, you will be contacted first and kept informed of the outcome.

All cats will need to be treated against worms and fleas prior to their stay at the cattery.

MEDICATION
Medication can be administerd as required.

New customers are more than welcome to come and view the accommodation and facilities at the cattery, ask any questions and allay any worries you may have about leaving your beloved cats.
