The classes are based at Fairway Hall, Brook close, Borehamwood and all of the classes are taught by qualified and professionally taught teachers.
Students here have many opportunities to take part in shows and events though out the year and gain examinations with the prestigious Royal Academy of Dance, Imperial Society and Trinity College University.
Many Hertsmere students have gone on to study in professional colleges in London and are having very successful careers in the business.

"I have been bringing my girls to Hertsmere Academy of Dance & Performing Arts for approx. four years and they absolutely love it. The Principal prides herself on bringing professionalism and fully trained/qualified teachers into the Academy over a broad spectrum of dance genres.
My girls are aged 7, 5 and 3 and all enjoy ballet in a fun and disciplined environment. It helps to boost their self-confidence, whilst giving them a basic introduction to all types of dance.
I have been attending the Tap and Salsa classes for approx. three years and thoroughly enjoy them. It gives me an opportunity to meet, socialise as well as dance with lots of different people. It is fun and energetic and with the teachers enthusiasm, her musicality and her ability to adapt her choreography - from the most basic of steps to the more advanced ones - no one should ever feel that they wouldn't be able to do it - as well as being a great way to keep fit!!!!
