The Salvation Army shop in Tranent seeks to serve the local community with affordable clothing, books, bric a brac and audio goods.

We are committed to providing opportunities for recycling and re-use of a wide range of goods.

The proceeds are used to support the Salvation Army's local community work as well as providing volunteer opportunities for those who wish to give a few hours of their time.

We also work to provide opportunities to those who need to gain experience in the workplace and have been unable to find work.

We are a part of the worldwide Salvation Army church and charity which is the largest provider of social services in the UK after the government.

Donations and gifts are accepted at the shop.
