Building Condition Surveys: Advising clients who are acquiring premises and limiting onerous contractual obligations

Project Management and Contract Administration: Managing new-build projects and refurbishment projects for offices, warehouses, retail units and residential premises and ensuring the works are competitively tendered, engaged contractually, cost and quality controlled and managed to completion.

Cost Management: Managing project budgets and costs are essential to ensure successful delivery. Our Quantity Surveying department can provide cost plans for budgeting purposes, bills of quantities advise on appropriate contract selection and manage whole lifecycle costing, including pre and post contract services.

CDM Coordination: Acting as CDM Coordinator and providing Pre and Post contract advice in accordance with the CDM Regulations.

Dilapidations Advice: We offer strategic dilapidations advice to Landlords and Tenants; prepare or respond to schedules of dilapidations and manage the process to a conclusion. We offer advice to clients who are Landlords or Tenants involved with vacation of premises under an existing lease term.

Party Wall Matters: Advising owners (Building and Adjoining) on all matters in connection with the Party Wall etc Act.
