Limelight Dance and Drama is an up and coming new dance school in the York Area.

We specialise in teaching Fresh, Original, Street Funk, Hip Hop and Street routines to all ages and abilities. All classes are held at the impressive studio 41 Monkgate. Which is fully equipped with a sprung wooden floor, mirrored walls and a top quality sound system.

Limelight presents
Street funk kids: A hip-hopping class for 6 - 12 year olds. Learn exciting new routines to the funkiest grooves around. Have fun! Make friends! Learn new skills!!!

Street funk teens: A funky and energetic class for 13 - 16 year olds. Learn high standard routines to your favourite R&B and Hip-Hop tunes. Taught by professional choreographers, this class is not one to be missed!!!

Street funk adults: An enjoyable and energetic class for ages 16+. Learn dynamic routines to the latest hip-hop, R&B and pop hits whilst keeping fit and having fun.

All teachers are highly trained in the relevant areas, are fully CRB checked and insured.
