Cornell School of Dance

Leeds, West Yorkshire
The Cornell School of Dance was founded in 2007 by Emily Cornell (Principal).

Emily started dancing locally in Leeds from the age of two and went on to train professionally. Dance has always been a part of Emily's life, and she has danced all around the world on Cruises and in Cabarets, in Pantomimes and performing with the stars.

Emily has had an ongoing professional career in performance and has now opened the door to a new venture...

The Cornell School of Dance invites you to share in the happiness and freedom of dance and all that it has brought to Emily.

We run classes through the week and on weekends - for all the up to date information please visit the website or contact me via phone or email for more information.

We organise trips out to the theatre and are involved with fund raising events for charities.
There is a strong community feel on our Saturday mornings, they have become a social time for the mums, dads and grandparents that bring their children to class, we also serve refreshments.

The school has two performing opportunities - a Christmas Show and a Summer Gala, as well as some individuals participating in dance festivals throughout the year.

We run a Summer School during August - open for both students and non students of the school. This an action packed 6 days of workshops in several dance studios, gymnastics, theatre trips, picnics, movie time, creative set making and games, including a final showcase open to family and friends complete with lights cameras and costumes.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further information or to arrange a visit.

Hopefully see you soon!
